JC Muñoz and I recently visited a Collier County portion of the preserve in search of the elusive yellow-flowered P. pumila var. buswellii. I know of only one other isolated site for this variant nearby. Unfortunately, we were a tad early and most were not in flower yet. Those that were, were...
This poor girl has had her "new" enclosure usurped by other insects twice now, so tonight I finished her enclosure and set her loose in here so I didn't get any more wise ideas. Now she should be able to have a nice new molt with plenty of room to stretch out.
Not a real exciting shot but I...

Planted this yesterday. I got Sarracenia Flava, Leucophylla, Minor, Dionea Muscipula, Drosera Filiformis, Capillaris, Capensis, and Pinguicula Pumila in there.
However, everything is dormant right now, so there's not much to see.
I received P. pumila and P. planifolia. I know planifolia likes to be very wet and pumila not so much. Can anyone offer me additional growing tips? They will be outside in my minibogs along with my sarrs, flytraps and sundews.
Phil
Hello Friends,
Recently, I've made my seasonal hike to a favorite Pinguicula pumila site here in Florida to check on their well-being. This site has always offered some of the most diverse flower forms that I've ever seen 'in situ' :o

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience in growing P. caerulea, P. lutea, P. plainifolia, P. pumila, P. ionantha, or P. laueana. I'm planning to try and extend my growlist next year and I would like to see if I could grow them well.
