I'd like to trade one of the four AW hamatas pictured below for a hamata from another source (BE preferably), just to get some extra genetic and gender diversity for the future. Unfortunately this cluster arrived without a label and I don't know which AW clone it is. For size reference I believe...

This things just opened her first flowers today. Pollen is needed IMMEDIATELY! This is a female, seed grown Nepenthes rafflesiana var. elegans. It's gorgeous. I'm primarily looking for pollen of hamata, campanulata, burbidgeae, and clipeata. I'm open to other offers, though. Any smaller...
Hey everybody, I've been using a Miracle-Gro brand orchid fertilizer on my plants for a few months and the results seem a bit dubious. I diluted the fert to approx 1/4 strength and have been using it every 2 weeks as a foliar feed and a little bit through the soil. I'm wondering if anyone has...
Hi All.
I am thinking of getting one of the above and want to get as much first hand experience as possible.
In a relative context which is easier Hamata or Macrophylla?
I will ensure that I am able to meet the temperature and humidity requirements.
From what I habe read so far it seems...
I can't figure this one out. Within the same grow tank the ventricosa has done so well that it quickly outgrew the space. It pitchered easily and never seemed fussy. In the same tank, my hamate is also growing and pitchering nicely.
Yet..the ventricosa x hamate sulks, barely grows and...
Hello all,
Just figured I would show you how my plant has been doing lately.
Since I last posted on 5-22-13, I re-potted my plant from that small stump pot into a much bigger plastic pot. Can't remember exactly what day I re-potted, but it was 5-22 or a couple days after?
I have been giving it...
I had this bad boy on eBay, however the sale did not go through & I refuse to sell on eBay again. I'm only trading this plant because it doesn't pitcher in my conditions. The first picture was taken June 6 2013 and it shows how the plants looks like. The following pictures of the pitchers are...
I recently bought a Craigslist mini-fridge for putting young highlanders in overnight until they get more mature. I figured mini-fridges are usually pretty crappy and would barely cool at all on the lowest setting. It turns out this one is very good at its job. I've been moving a thermometer...
