When it comes to Nepenthes (and Heli's and Cephs for that matter), should I be adjusting the photoperiod about now down from 16 hours to say 12 hours? How long and during what months are people adjusting their photo periods for these plants? This is my first winter with CP's.

Yep, I'm trading away an orchid and a bromeliad. I haven't the first clue about how to properly grow either one of them, as you may be able to see. The Orchid has produced nice leaves, but I managed to kill all the flowers. The bromeliad... *shrug*. House plants are not my thing. Unfortunately...
