    Female N. mira

I have a female Nepenthes mira in bloom (photo below). The first few flowers were crossed with N. spectabilis x spathulata, but I'd like to try a different cross.  If anyone has pollen that might make an interesting hybrid (and wants to split the seed, of course), please pm me. Thanks, KPG

    Nepenthes mira

I've been growing N. mira for less than a year, so I know there are a lot of you out there who have had more experience with this plant.   The plant in question is flowering, even though it is in the rosette stage and no more than a foot across.  Is this unusual?  I cannot find any reference...

Tc vs seed grown plants for basal shoots

Esteemed Colleagues, In general, the TC plants from The Nepenthes Nursery tend to produce more basal shoots at an earlier age than my seed grown plants. I'm wondering if tissue culture (TC) plants tend to do this more often than seed grown plants. When my plants get bigger and start draping...
