Very nice, especially the Nepenthes lowii x truncata. Do you always keep the trays filled or do you allow them to dry out?

I'm trying to figure out what the dark purple ones on the left are and not having much success. Are the tubby ones on the bottom right spect x aristo? If so, I didn't know they got that big.

I think both plants just made my must-have list.
