I couldn't help but notice a correlation between the onset of Spring and faster growth with the Nep seedlings I planted from 10/21/2012 to 01/15/2013. Oddly it seems that the smaller the propagation box used the faster the seedlings grew or another way to look at it would be the smaller the...
Hello all,
Just figured I would show you how my plant has been doing lately.
Since I last posted on 5-22-13, I re-potted my plant from that small stump pot into a much bigger plastic pot. Can't remember exactly what day I re-potted, but it was 5-22 or a couple days after?
I have been giving it...
I had this bad boy on eBay, however the sale did not go through & I refuse to sell on eBay again. I'm only trading this plant because it doesn't pitcher in my conditions. The first picture was taken June 6 2013 and it shows how the plants looks like. The following pictures of the pitchers are...

Last update: 13/08/2013
So I purchased some Nepenthes plants from Germany and decided it would be nice to keep a photographic record of these little buggers. I always do this to see if the plants are settling in nicely but decided to continue this after it was clear the plants were accustomed...
Was just wondering - is Nepenthes singalana belirang a specific clone of N. singalana or is it a form of the species with many different clones? And N. izumiae - I've seen some really fantastic plants around, and I've seen some that were just OK. Can anyone tell me more about the different...
I guess I'll take the plunge and start an ongoing thread.
Starting with some "hanataphilia":

N. hamata BE-158 (N. singalana on the right)

New pitcher on N. Hamata RH
Plus, a recently opened pitcher on N. macrophylla BE

Hello everybody!
Been a long time since I have posted anything on here!
Just figured I would show you my hamata hybrid, singalana x hamata.
At the moment this is the closest thing I have to a hamata!
Been so long, I haven't been in touch with anyone on here. Is anyone else growing this?
Jeff
