Last year I acquired a clone that was labeled with different location information of the plants I already had. I was fortunate to get both clones to flower this year and I was able to pollinate some flowers with pollen from the others.
And now (ta-daaa) - D. hamiltonii seed:
Very few seed...
Available is one packet of about 70 seeds of N. Helen X (spectabilis X mira). N. Helen is a single TC'd Borneo Exotics clone from spathulata X spectabilis, and the pollen parent is a seed-grown BE hybrid I acquired 2 years ago. I believe in both cases, the spectabilis used was BEs "giant" clone...
If anyone wants pollen from the Leilani cross Nepenthes dubia x gymnamphora for use on your females drop me a PM. I just noticed today that my plant had flowered recently. Some are yet unopened so I can still get you some good fresh stuff.
Open to US residents only I believe.
Does anyone in the US ever have N. fusca pollen available? Or even pollen from N. Gentle/Velvet? I seldom see pollen offered from fusca or its commercialized look-alikes, although I would be interested in obtaining some for my Splendiana. I can offer the usual 50/50 seed split, or trade for seed...
I'm looking for some species pollen to cross with my female N.spathulata, N.aristolocloidies and N.truncata "pasian". PM me if you are interested in a 50/50 seed split, all offers will be considered. Thanks. :)
Hi everyone,
We have a male N. truncate blooming in our greenhouse right now and will be collecting pollen for cold storage. We are interested in seeing what prospects there are for a suitable mate. If you are interested in making a truncata hybrid or pure species and have a female Nepenthes...
how long can pollen be stored and do you keep it in the fridge or freezer?
do you remove the anthers completely or do you rub the pollen off onto something then bag that, for example a toothpick or cuetip covered in pollen then put into a plastic bag

I had the opportunity to experiment on cephalotus pollination and a fellow grower wanted some pictures. Here you go:
Flowering - let the games begin!
Once a day, when I had a moment to spare, I used a soft small brush to transfer the ripe yellow pollen to a receptive stigma. I dabbed the...
Hi All,
My N. muluensis x lowii recently put up flowering stems on each of its 3 vining growth points. I would love to cross these to make some interesting hybrids however at this point I have no idea if the plant is male or female. Can anyone take a look at these photos and venture a guess...
Looking for a female Nep in the near future.
name: N. truncata
source: Exotica
gender: male
estimated date of 1st flower opening: not sure but you can guesstimate by the picture
location: I live in the USA
I think everyone knows truncatas make for great hybids.
PM me if interested.

I recently harvested the seed pods from my N. ventricosa x talangensis. They were pollinated with N. x 'Melvino' pollen... So the cross is N. (ventricosa x talangensis) x (spathulata x bongso) harvested from my greenhouse 1/26/14...
My specific N. ventricosa x talangensis...
So this here is my first seed pod of what I believe to be P. planifolia X 'Pirouette' but I have to say despite my hopes I am a bit skeptical. I was under the impression that P. planifolia could not hybridize with the Mexican pings and if it was to self pollinate it needed pollen from a...
My tatei Cerro Duida is in bud again. Selfing this one does not yield viable seed. I'm looking for tatei pollen from another location, pulchella pollen, neblinae pollen or something else beautiful. I also have folliculata Murosipan in bud, could use folliculata pollen from a different location...
