flytrap pollen?

how long can flytrap pollen be stored and do you keep it in the fridge or freezer?
do you remove the anthers completely or do you rub the pollen off onto something then bag that, for example a toothpick or cuetip covered in pollen then put into a plastic bag

Fridge--not freezer. Not sure about longevity. I use aluminum foil.

I remove the complete anther with tweezers. I try to get as much of the stalk as I can because then it's easy to grab and handle it for pollination. There's not enough pollen to rub onto something like a Q-tip, where it would be lost.
