the divorce pretty well wiped me out back to square one other than a few guns and my book collection....cause i went AWOL for 3 months traveling out to Washington to help a friend and then spending 3 weeks in Australia my plant collection had to go but looks like things are going to be pretty...
So Ive never grown any CPs from seeds before, so I tried Drosera Binata first. Assuming there would be a high failure rate I decided to go ahead and sow all 150 or so seeds I recieved. Surely being a scrub, Im going to screw up even the easiest of seeds right? Wrong!
This is only a fraction of...
I have a small drosera binata multifada extrema that I grew from a leaf cutting that I would be willing to trade. I'll upload pictures when I get home. I'm looking for drosera that I don't have, would like a d. adelae, but am open to pretty much any offer. PM me or post it here!
Super excited because this my first set of flowers.
Capensis - rescue from local nursery
Spatulata - $$

Also, will this drosera continue to live after they produce flower stalks and seeds? thanks!

Hello!
In April 2010 I was walking to the top of campus at SFSU and passed by the University green house. They were having a plant sale and I decided to check it out. I ended up purchasing a Sarracenia x readii and had no idea what I was getting myself into or how I would get swept up with the...

Keep in mind that a few of these plants will need some...

Hello all,
I intend to do as much propagation as I can in order to reinvigorate and expand my collection instead of buying new material. This provides me with incentive to experiment with propagation techniques and growing methods.
Today I walked to my local hydroponics store and purchased 14...
This is where I'll post about my indoor collection. I decided to be so public with it because I am very serious about making it better (all within means of course!). I recently lost a great many of my older plants, though a few decade + ones survived my year off at university. As I plan on...
