Last fall I planted about 150 D. roseana gemmae in a 4" clay pot. This is what they look like today. The blooms are very sweetly scented! (I uploaded a really big photo, so click for a highly detailed view)
I sent out quite a few packages of these gemmae to other TF members.....how did yours do?
I will soon have 2 portions of D. scorpioides gemmae to mail out. Postage paid by me. First two people to answer below get them. After answering please pm me your mailing address.
Hi,
as I have looked through the Pinguicula forum I found, that there are hardly any pictures to find that show cold hardy Pinguicula and their gemmae buds in spring.
Cold hardy Pinguicula can propagate from their winter buds as they produce small gemmae during autumn/winter, that can grow to...

When it matures, I have liquid plastic that I will fill the bottle with, let set, and then I will smash the bottle and have a Bicalcarata pitcher immortalized in plastic resin! I've tried...
