I can't say that the species is breeze to grow but at least it doesn't get killed easily. I've had it for a while and only recently did it start to become "filifolia". :blush:

Here's some interesting photos showing pedicels decending via pulvini in Byblis gigantea. Pedicels in Byblis that move via pulvini was first documented in June of 2008 with B. 'Goliath'.

I deflasked a number of plants lately but these are the first to be hardened and growing.
D. hartmeyerorum - putting out its first dewy leaf barely a week after being deflasked
P. filifolia - so cute looking very much like a sundew, I can't wait to see how it looks when it is larger

im going to start a windowsill collection and i need some advice and suggestions. Any suggestions on what plants are good for windowsills will be joyfully excepted
i have a sunny window sill which gets
- 3-10 hours of intense light (seasonal changes)
- 60-80 % humidity
-and 55-80 night...
Drosera falconeri 'Palmerston'.
Drosera ordensis, looking much better in my new setup than it ever used to. The traps are a more intense orange than they appear to be in the photo. I also find this species very difficult to photograph, for some reason, hence the blurring!
