Hey all, I have a number of questions that I would like to be answered, and I have been saving them all up untill now. Just for you ;). I thought I wouldn't waste forum space with about 10 questions in a period of, like, a week. :P

1) My Nepenthes x Ventrata...

do you cultivate these genus, particulary
- ant dischidia
- solanopteris
- lecanopteris
- rubiaceae ( myrmecodia-hydnophytum-myrmephytum-squamellaria-anthorrhiza )

just showed up......proves when packing is done correctly i can get plants in subfreezing temps....they are Huperzia tetrasticha which is a lycopodium type club moss and Lecanopteris balgooyi which is an ant fern....a Nepenthes longifolia also showed up with them.....

i discovered an ant nest in my back yard today so i messed with them a bit. theyre surprisingly aggressive for being so small. theyre little red ants. they were crawling all over me by the time i was done filming this. i put my plants on top of the nest for an easy meal. enjoy :)

Hey, can Proboscidea stand coffee-infested soil?
I was just preparing the soil when I found a large ant mound. I poured coffee grains over it, and the rest of the land too.
So one of my giant mini bogs is infested with very small black ants. I think I already lost my judith hindle and my 2 Sarracenia alata Sam Rayburn Resevoir, TX clones :(
I noticed they would be growing fine and then the growth would just flop over similar to if the plants were drying out...
