The plants look like they are doing well. However:

The N. rafflesiana isn't N. rafflesiana
I think you said it came from someone else? Might want to see if they have some still and what theirs look like as well as the source they got it from.

As for the other one I have no idea either. Did you have an ID on it when you got it?
 
Tony, when I received it it was labelled N. x 'splendiana', however, it never pitchered for them. So, they never got a chance for ID. The popular opinion seems to be that it's an N. maxima hybrid. As for the "N. rafflesiana" I'll contact them. Thanks for the help.

wow I love that ceph! Way to go Chris! Those cobra lilys are also ******* awesome! Did you germinate them yourself?
 
I got it from a guy named Steve here in town, he's partners in a large CP store, also the only other grower in the state pretty much. Here's a pic from july when I first got it:
