I have to take some pics, but I have 7 flower stalks right now. My Galata is like one week away from being open....

Very nice. In central Texas we are about in the middle... have lots of flower stalks and a few pitchers still growing.

Wow Koalie, that's awesome! I just got my first flowers as well a few days ago. I see you have a little greenhouse setup for them? Anyways welcome to the forum, I'm from Citrus Heights, few miles from you. ;). Looking forward to seeing you around!
 
Tog, if i divide the alata 'night' next year, you can have one. I could also give you some seeds from that one.

Really? That's unbelievably generous of you, it's an incredible plant, thanks! Have you joined the Sacramento Carnivorous Plant and bromeliad Society? It's a great place, they have sales and things. I got a ton of nice sarrs from them back in October. Also, are you really 13? I'm around your age range ;)
