Hurrah, under my unorthodox growing methods for this group, several species have been reluctant to bloom. I have been trying different things to see what might be the causal factor(s).
I had been concerned that it was due to my growing conditions. It has turned out that it was due to the...

Hey all,
I have done well growing P. laueana but can not get it to bloom. The plants appear very healthy, and I've gotten several new plants from leaf pullings I've taken over the last year, but never, ever a bloom.
I grow it in a wardian case at about 60% humidity, although I just sealed it a...
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience in growing P. caerulea, P. lutea, P. plainifolia, P. pumila, P. ionantha, or P. laueana. I'm planning to try and extend my growlist next year and I would like to see if I could grow them well.
I realized the other day that my growlist was not quite up to date in the Mexi-Ping area because I have had a slow accumulation of losses that I had not logged.
I am looking to replace the following:
moranensis (Molango)
moranensis var rosei
laueana CP3
laueana SP2
crassifolia
conzattii...
I've been growing this clone and at least one other, of this species for quite a long time. I don't seem to have any difficulty propagating them, growing vigorous healthy individuals, nor having them go in and out of their different leaf forms, but still no flowers. . . maybe next year.
Those of you growing this hybrid -- have you noticed that the flower is somewhat unique among Pinguicula, in that it is a dark purplish-red that has an irridescent quality similar to velvet. I find that I have been unable to acquire an accurate image of the blossoms using digital photography. I...

Alright, so I finally got motivated to go through the collection and figure out what I have a bunch of spares of. Here they all are:
