My new baby Heli from Butch arrived today... Sadly my T5 fixture still isnt here so it has a single PC bulb for the next few days.. Also just worked on finishing up my plant rack, so its the first official resident, in its own 10gal. It will have its own fogger by next weekend hopefully.

Hello!
So, I went out an I got an ultrasonic fogger for my terrarium, and it has to be the coolest thing ever. However, it did not work exactly as I predicted, so I had to think outside of the box. Well, inside of the box, really. I was inspired and made a similar contraption as in the...

Hello,
I've been lurking around since I got the CP bug a few months ago, I've always found amazing and detailed information on pretty much any topic on this site. Great community, knowledgeable and friendly.
That being said, I could not find any opinions on this particular topic so here...
Hey guys,
I'm looking into buying an Ultrasonic fogger, that will be powerful enough to run two, 100 gallon tanks.
I was using 2 reptile foggers, though they ran out of water very quickly which wasn't working. I'm looking for something that will hold water for a few days.
I would really...
OK
So i have a few questions about lowering the humidity , in my terrariums .
I've noticed in several posts warnings about starting molds, fungi, plant diseases , and other problems with too much humidity in the enclosed spaces a terrarium creates.
I'm thinking on removing the fogger...
A friend recently gave me her retired exo-terra setup; the whole thing, terrarium, waterfall, thermometer, hygrometer, and much more. It just seems to have only one thing misplaced, the transformer for the fogger.
I called Drs. Foster & Smith and then Exo-Terra themselves. Neither place could...
Hey all.
Time for my first post!
I have started as a winter project a Highland Nepenthes Terrarium. An i'm quite please with the results! There is still a lot of improvements that could and may be done. But not bad for a first timer I think. A terrarium with lights was the only way to go since...
Just finished up on my first nep grow chamber. This one is my lowland chamber... or highland... not sure yet, I have to build the second chamber in a couple of weeks.
I am still debating whether or not to sacrifice looks for efficiency, the side glass panels let out a lot of light but I will...
Hi peepos

halo guys, i have one easy question i want to ask you guys. u see i have 2 timers and 1 for the light and one for the fan. but i don't have one for my fogger.. so i was planning to leave the fan on for 24/7 is this ok? take the timer from the fan to the fogger. and the fan is water proof too...
Hi,
Wanted to shared my highland chamber with you folks. I welcome suggestions, criticism and ideas. I built this from top to bottom out of wood, 1/4" plexiglass, metal, and glass.
The frame is cast iron. The table is wood with outdoor water resistent paint. I used spare treated wood in...
Well, my 30 gallon highland chamber is about to become empty, as i am setting up a highland growrack, more info on that when its complete, so heres this. i need to know if it will work
i am planning on doing it as a potted terrarium. Peat and LFS for about 3-4" of the media, planning on using a...
A few people have asked who I am. Some seem to think I'm a guy sitting on 20 acres out in the middle of a sandy desert, driving a horse pulled buggy! Well, I do live in Tucson, Arizona. but we are a normal city with over 1 million people.
As of the date this is written, I am 28 years old. I...
I am going to college next year (hopefully UGA), and I want to take my cp's with me. I MIGHT get growing space in one of the university greenhouses (UGA has a CP greenhouse), but if I don't I will have to grow my plants in a tiny, closet-like dorm room. I am a terrerium/grow-light stand grower...
Hiya All-
As some of you know, I have recently built my Solexx greenhouse which now houses my lowland neps of bicals and raffs (and for some reason, half of the gh now also includes my wife's orchids :-( )
Well being a LL gh, humidity is a big issue. So I went with a gh fogger...
Hey All-
I'm about 90% done with my lowland hothouse. I should have been completely done over the past weekend, but I recieved some wrong parts and I got a bit of the cold. To make matters worse, it rained today as I was putting the paneling up . . . sheesh . . . Achoo!!
I've got my heater...
Hiya All-
I'm almost done with my lowland greenhouse which will house a couple of Neps, mainly a couple of raffs and bicals.
I know both species are shade loving plants, but I know many of you grow them in terrariums under grow lights when small.
But what about having a sunsystem 1000 watt...
