Yeah looks like my burmanni too...mine's finishing a flower stalk right now but looks like it wants to send up another...also a volunteer, but with a bisquamata plug/mat.
I would opt for Drosera sessilifolia vs D. burmannii based on the tentacles, the deep coloration and the smaller size. This looks a lot like plants I formerly circulated from the Morro do Jamborino in Brazil. This is a very nicely grown sundew!
