Figured we could use a place for everyone to post totally random pictures, CP-related or not. Soooo, uhhh... guess I'll get it started!

Great idea for a thread! Here are some random dishes that I 've created recently...

mangosteen gazpacho w/ lemon confit and finished with minted marscapone

Tuna tartar w/avocado salsa and wasabi ice cream

Thanks, and you should! They shot some Bond movies using the dish. They got it all wrong though The path leading around the dish is really just overgrown and rocky..

Here's some more pics because you're interested (I went up into the receiver):

this is looking straight down over the center (there's a hole in the center)

there's a walkway from the receiver down to the control room

and from the outside edge of the dish

(the place has won engineering awards - it's pretty amazing)

And holy crap, those shots are a total trip. See, when I was a kid, I was infatuated with that movie. So it's really strange to see shots that look like they're right out of it, LOL. Thanks!
