"Pay it forward" is generally understood to mean: share something you've grown yourself. That way, there is the potential for new and unique material to circulate the community, not just recycled stuff from other trades. However, I have to accept that if you decided you got more seeds from me than you want/need, you can do what you wish with them. So, do as you see fit.
