Sarracenia hybrids

Hey guys! So with Spring right around the corner here in Raleigh, NC, most of my Sarracenia are in bloom. I was wondering what crosses you all think I should make using the plants I have? Once the seeds have matured I'll put some of them up for trade and probably a giveaway or two. Here's a list of what is going to bloom hopefully:

S. alata-1 flower
S. alata 'Areolata'- 2 flowers
S. alata 'Purple Helmet'-3 flowers
S. alabamensis ssp. alabamensis- 5 flowers
S. flava x alata 'Lemon'- 2 flowers
S. flava var. rugellii x S. leucophylla (from MBRS)- 2 flowers
S. rubra ssp. gulfensis Anthocyanin free form- 2 flowers
S. 'Rob Gardner'(not sure about this one, wasn't labeled when I got it)-1 flower maybe can't tell for sure yet
Also I looked again today and a few more have flowers coming up.
S. 'Matoaka'- 1 flower
S. rubra ssp. rubra (not sure if this is it or not)- 2 flowers
I can also get pollen from some S. 'Hummer's Hammerhead', S. flava var. ornata, S. jonesii, S. purpurea venosa, S.oreophila, and S. rubra ssp. rubra from my friend's plants.

I'd say, in my very inexperienced way, try 'Purple Helmet and S. purpurea venosa as well as many other crosses of course.

S. 'Lemon' is flava x alata. I confused it with flava early on, too.

I think S. alata 'Purple Helmet' x alabamensis would be interesting, or 'Purple Helmet' x (flava x lecuo).

S. 'Matoaka' × S. alata 'Purple Helmet' could be awesome...

What can I say, I know the plants well after working with them for 5 months straight.

A good trait to use in alata in the flower color. Cross it with anything with a red flower and it will be an orangey pinkish color.

I agree the 'Matoaka' x alata "Purple Helmet' would be awesome!

alrighty I'll definitely give that one a try. I think Matoaka is one of my favorite cultivars I've ever owned. However, I've never owned an 'Adrian Slack' or 'Green Monster' (my two personal favorites)
