Pitcher of the Month Contest: July 2011

I couldn't wait.. I'll just post updates throughout the month I guess.
Not much of a secret weapon, I know, but it's my favorite hybrid.

Hey Mass
Is that wistuba clone or EP(I think BE sells one also)?

:hail: Very nice Mark. Looks like I'm shooting for 2nd place once again, if I'm lucky. That being the case, I think it's a good excuse for one last, last pic. :awesome:

Throwing my chips in the pot again with N. x Velvet. I love the contrast between the bright peristome and and mottled body. And it really does feel like velvet. Peristome will turn red as the month goes on, but this just opened up the other day.

Please don't take my crappy camera into account :-)

In the interest of promoting the small nep grower. For those of you who think that this term means a short grower or one with only a small number of neps. You are wrong. A small nep grower is one who grows the smaller of the nep species. I give you, N. argentii.

I figured this would be a good chance to show off my N. truncata, I just love the coloring inside the pitcher and on the wings:
