I must have damaged mine, it grew one leaf and one pitcher after arrival then stopped completely.

5 months later a node is becoming active and rapidly developing.... :banana2:
I've got a lot of catching up to do....

Back on track, but she will always be trailing the rest of her siblings
.... but thats ok, its alive :)

It's still in my ICU tank, intermediate conditions with "very gentle" lighting... the substrate looks kind of funky but I'm not going to disturb it while its doing so well
What you see is the node's growth.

that thing is looking great Av8tor1 , mine was not doing very well in the highland terr so i have moved it to the intermediate shelf and it seems to be doing better the most rescent leaf lookd good the rest kept getting the red spots and discoloring think it didnt like the high humidity in the terr, or at least that high , IMO it likes the dryer conditions, wish i had kept it out the whole time , some of the others are looking very nice , come on guys lets see some shots of these nep's now, and ill get another shot of mine too

i repotted and sprayed the whole plant with sulfur fungicide ,and it seems fine now ,the new leaf and crown growth look great.
Av8tor that nep looks a little different the oldest leaf has little points with hairs, and the front wings seem to go higher and almost touch just under the perristome :0o:, all the rest ive seen look pretty much the same, maybe yours is in an advanced state, as it is from the activated node ?
of course you will have the very best of the best.

Mine has a spot of that on one of the leaves and mine is in lower humidity....I figured that it was caused by to much sunlight. ???

Here's mine. I've only had it a couple months but it's proving to be a fast grower. The last picture shows it back in late june.

From yesterday. This plant is going to be so fun to watch grow up - it seems like there are a lot of siblings out there, and they clearly grow well.

I'd love to see some more updates on this thread! How are all the plants doing now? :) 7 months since the last post- a lot must have happened since then...

Mine's in an 8" pot now.. just so I don't have to keep repotting because it grows so fast:

Here's a shot of one of mine. This is the one that I like best so far. I got this little puppy back in October 2010.

Wow, perhaps the darkest one I've seen yet!

Yeah this particular plant has me really excited. I can't wait to see how each new pitcher will look. It's interesting with the seed grown plants how variable the pitchers can be and how some plants grow faster than others.

Has anyone noticed better growth with these in intermediate vs. highland conditions? I was growing them intermediate but have switched to highland (for space reasons).
