My trip to Asheville, NC

This weekend I went up to Weaverville and Asheville, NC to help my Dad and some of his friends work on restoring part of a camp that he and his friends went to as kids. The camp has been closed for years and many of the old cabins are in disrepair but the most recent owner has put a ton of money into properly restoring much of the property. We worked on restoring the Chapel, I actually forgot to take photos of it but I got pics of almost everything else.
The camp is named for the Sequoia trees that are planted at the center of the camp. So I guess I'll start with a pic of the tree

After finishing up at Camp Sequoyah my girlfriend and I headed to Asheville where we toured Biltmore (I did a summer internship there) and then we went for coffee at a place called The French Broad Chocolate Lounge.

thats no hot chocolate with chocolate shavings! thats Tiramisu topped with chocolate shavings! and Homemade Chocolate Shavings at that! and no jason voorhees, the damn broke on the lake years ago and it dried up but i guess now that the damn is rebuilt he might return
