Legal importation of seeds into the USA

My updated permit and stamps just arrived in yesterday's mail.

I tried to do this once, but if I remember correctly, you must be 18 years of age or older. I'm almost there but not quite :-( Not that I want to grow up or anything

There was a time when I dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" when it came to the importation of seed; but I have dealt with the US government in various capacities for far too long to really give a rat's arse any longer. My seed arrive with letters from abroad from friends; and I haven't lost a batch -- nor am I concerned that, should I be careless, wild Nepenthes hamata will out-compete and destroy the artichoke or lettuce industry of Northern California . . .
