Shoulda opted for the padded envelope - had no idea the USPS was going to run the envelope over with a steam roller!!
Looks like it got refolded somewhere along the line during sorting, doubling the roller pressure.
Will have to rethink how I send a SASE. Legal outside - letter size SASE inside (no folds) - cobble up sealing the outer envelope
