Carnivorous Bromeliad appreciation thread

So, who here has a carnivorous bromeliad? It can be either Brocchinia reducta or Catopsis berteroniana. Feel free to share your pics and growing advice.


Here's my Brocchinia growing in a 5 inch pot with a soil of peat and perlite:

I'm pretty sure that's a Catopsis berteroniana. I can't remember but I think Catopsis like it warm.

I bought it for $10 as a Brocchinia Reducta. However, I put it outside so it gets more sunlight.

Question: How fast do they grow? Mine is roughly an inch tall. How long before I can start feeding it?

Yeah, but I can't find anything on how fast it grows. I was wondering if anyone here who has experience with them would say.
