So it's winter, and for my stuffy little apartment that means mold season. I've got a number of plants with molds developing on their soil - I haven't noticed any CPs afflicted (knock on wood) but the following have some sort of fuzz on their substrate:
Norfolk Island Pine
Euphorbia milli...
I received these without any positive identification, and, as yet they have not flowered for me, so I don't have that to help me figure out which these are.
Any ideas would be helpful. If I get them to bloom I will, of course, share that information with everyone.

Okay, like I've said before, I've had very bad CP luck for a VERY long time now. Except for a couple months this year that they've done pretty good, my current stock has been looking quite bad for as long as I've had them. I currently have one Dente VFT, several unidentified VFTs, one Judith...
I've moved these drosera (multifida, capensis, binata and a couple little unidentified guys from a Nep pot) into a terrarium and they seem to be doing well, except perhaps a non-upright behavior from the binata. Anyway, which of these will benefit from a dormany in the fridge? I don't really...

A month ago I never even heard of these before. I have other CP's and was looking for such at a nursery and found this. I got this one last week.

Hi,
I just got this nep yesterday. I don't really know what it is though. The label says it's a nep hybrid. Kind of hard to tell what it is cause it's so small, only in a 3" pot. It had 2 dried out pitchers that were about 1" long. I trimmed them off. Do I need to wait till it grows some larger...

Ok, so one in every 3 topics has something about worms in it... little white worms, little red worms, earthworms, little wormy things in the water, little worms hanging from the traps, anything you could think of!
This is the topic to answer ALL your questions about stinkin' WORMS! Keep...

I bought one of those typical Cobra Lilies from Lowes and I would like to banter a few ideas around, with regard to its care, when Spring arrives. First of all, I live in the Reading, Pa. area and work in an environmental laboratory. This means I have free access to deionized water. I have heard...

My exams are finally OVER! Haha, I can go on a nep-buying spree now...at least until I enter NS next year.
I dropped by all the Thompson nurseries, and also FEF at Rideout Park. Really not much to see...
Island still has many enormous ventratas (mislabelled alatas) at $38, which is the best...
It's flowering time for the pygmy species, and I know I sent out some unidentified coded material last season. We have managed to ID "C-1" and it worked out so nicely that I am starting another pinned discussion thread to help with any other ID problems.
As I have mentioned, the taxonomy of...
Hi everyone, I have several unidentified Nepenthes for ID. I think most, if not all are hybrids since I've put all the species into 1 album and the 'unknowns' in the other.
The unknowns are at this link:

I have two unidentified nepenthes. I'm at a loss as to what they are, but I have some info that may help.
Nep #1
Bought at Cook's CP. It is a fast growing lowland hybrid. Leaves turn a coppery color for a short while in high light. Came labeled as N. x 'Wrigleyana', but I doubt that's what it...
