What would be the best option for growlights for this? I'm having difficulty finding bulbs for this

Up for auction is one Pinguicula 'Pirouette,' about 1.25" across. Bidding starts at $1.00. USA only. I cannot provide phytosanitary certificates. Shipping is on me. If you have any questions, PM me.
I received this P. Pirouette on 12/30 and it looked gorgeous. Few days later it lost some leafs (expected from being planted) but even today it still isn't any closer to where it was before. The picture looks rough but there's still new green growth in the center but the leafs never get bigger...

Up for auction is a small plantlet of Pinguicula 'Pirouette'.
You can see the mature plant in the middle. This is an absolutely lovely and easy Mexican ping. You will receive one of the plantlets from the clump at right; if bidding exceeds $10 you'll receive 2. The plant will be shipped...
I live in Southern California in a zone 8. Santa Clarita, CA to be exact. I was interested in a few ping species and hybrids to see if I would have any problem growing them outside alongside Sarrs, vfts, and hardy dews year round. I am typically looking for pings that are very hardy like the...

I am assuming they are turning into smaller succulent leaves. So that's the cue to reduce watering. BUT MAN, they look so different compared to when they first arrived Sept and in October. Since I'm a first time grower I don't really know if i'm doing things right. So need expert opinions...
Soooooo, I made the mistake to choose my Pings based on looks.
I read in Savage Garden that Esseriana is a tropical ping. Pirouette is a hybrid and I couldn't find Tina anywhere.
It also says temperate shouldn't go on a windowsill. So, I just want to make sure this three pings are compatible...

I am under the impression that they are very easy to grow. I'll prob keep them in doors in the kitchen with filtered sunlight through out the day. If i follow general ping directions there shouldn't be many surprises right?
Thanks !
