My first H. ionasii (Ilu Tepui, Wistuba ) flowering....
I was surprised to see the stalk pubescent, reminiscent of H. pulcehlla (Akopan Tepui, Wistuba)
This is an old Wistuba clone, I've not read the current description of H. ionasii to see if this is mentioned as a characteristic.
