I suppose mine isn't all that strange, but it's good.

I toast some sourdough bread in the toaster, then pour a light amount of hemp seed oil til it soaks the surface. Then I thinly slice apple smoked gouda cheese onto the piece of bread. I then pour hemp seeds onto the cheese. Apply the freshly pan fried egg ontop of the sandwich and the heat melts the gouda cheese into the hemp seeds. Sprinkle some salt and fresh ground pepper on top. Delicious.
