Sorry for stepping on your post...hehe...But I wanted to add the musical score and some vocals in Nightmare Before Christmas were done by Danny Elfman of Oingo Boingo fame.  Danny has scored many top movies including Batman, Edward Scissorhand and most of Tim Burton's films.  He's one of my music heroes.

Quote[/b] (scottychaos @ June 21 2006,8:16)]I just caught "Napoleon Dynamite" on HBO yesterday,
My teenage kids pushed to have us see it for our family Sunday pizza and a movie thing. thought it was the dumbest movie I had ever seen.

Sigh. I think Napolean Dynamite was a brilliant movie. It's totally different, doesn't have normal hero characters, and isn't overtly funny despite being a comedy. But it's one of those movies that gets better with each viewing, too. It isn't for everyone, and I didn't really like it the first time I watched it. But in the end, it's very rewarding and life-affirming. It's ruthless with it's examination of human foibles and the stilted nature of American farm culture. But at the same time the message is very positive. I loved that movie! But I also understand how you'd watch it and wonder what the fuss is about.
