What are this bugs in my Sarracenia's pitchers?

I have another Sarracenia with this little tiny white/clear bug. They seem to be able to go up and down the pitchers no problem.

Should I be concerned?

I know this is a bad picture but it's the best I can do.

Assuming with the shot... They are inside the pitcher moving up and down?

I can't make heads or tails from that photo. Knock some out into a container or something?

If there is otherwise no visible damage, it's most likely nothing to worry about.

Hm.. they look like aphids from the shot

i'll try to catch some.

and yes they do move up and down inside of the pitcher. they don't come outside. i don't know what type of damages to look for esp its winter....

Hard to tell from that photo but they could possibly be fly larvae. I've seen maggots a few times in my own plants after water gets into the pitchers and liquifies the insects inside.

ya, about a week and a half ago, it rained a lot here. many of my saccharine pitchers are now 1/2 filled with water and dead insects

That's when I've seen them, about a week or so after a really bad rainstorm.
