Utricularia Intermedia ?

Can anyone tell me if this plant is Utricularia Intermedia? It’s been in one of my ponds for a year or two.

Hey, have we talked over e-mail b4? Ive tried ID'ing b4 and couldnt get a positive id on it?

Hard to tell from the photos...can you get a shot of the "leaves"...they should be fairly dense along the stem. How big do your plants grow? U. intermedia gets pretty large. The other possibility is U. macrorhiza, which is also yellow flowered and smaller in form, with less dense stolons.
