Transplanting with Superthrive

I have a few seedling coming in the mail (sarracenia) and was wondering at what dosage would you dilute the super thrive to dip the roots in for a successful transplant?

I have a bottle but have never even opened it. Things seem to work ok for me without it.

10 drops per gallon, soak for 30 min before potting up.

Do you need to flush the plants soil or will the Superthrive pose no harm to the plant?
