Time to pot up?

Hi, I'm wondering if it's time to pot up my ventrata basal. Probably not, but just wondering.

Potting it now will not be any different from leaving it water, at least as long as the outcome of having roots is desired. Potting it will probably be better than leaving it in there, though. It will most likely grow more roots.
