Lovely spectabile! That is one I would love to get pollen from and to have on hand for a cross I'd like to try (with the goal of shrinking down plant size).

This is a new addition for me. Will hopefully be able to keep it happy.
Mexipedium xerophyticum

I'll have to work on getting a better photo at some point.

A couple Ponerorchis graminifolia that wintered in the basement. The ones in the bog are just starting to come up:

Platanthera cristata. I got them 2 winters ago, and last summer the flowering happened so late that I lost most of the flowers. This year it's coming up ahead of ciliaris, so hopefully I'll enjoy the full bloom:

Here is a pretty that I got from bluemax a few years ago. It finally bloomed last November of 2022 and smelled really good!

I'm glad you got some of that. It has yet to bloom for me.

It took a few years for it to bloom for me. When I moved (just a few streets over) it seemed to like the change and gave me it's first flower stalk! We'll see if it blooms again this year.

Cleisocentron gokusingii x merrillianum. The genus Cleisocentron is the only member of the Vanda alliance that exhibits a true blue color, as opposed to the purples normally referred to as blue. It's difficult for the camera to capture, but the sepals and petals are a very pale blue to the eye. I grow this in intermediate, low light conditions:

'Such a lovely species. You remind me that mine didn't bloom this year and I have to wonder if the squirrels didn't completely do it in. They've been waging war on everything in a pot.

This one apparently wasn't touched, but my ciliaris got hit hard.

Oops, my mistake. My plant is P. ciliaris as well. They certainly look a lot alike.

Lovely vibrant yellow! That’s one I have been considering giving a try as a potted plant.

Galeandra greenwoodiana, a lesser known member of the Catasetum alliance.

My favorite orchids are terrestrial orchids. Specifically winter growing Australian terrestrial orchids. Just got these in a group buy from Dr Behrle in Germany. I've tried Thelymitra before with tubers from Australia, but couldn't manage to adapt them to northern hemisphere seasons. 'Cinderella' is a primary hybrid of T. rubra and the famous, but impossible to maintain T. variegata, and is the closest thing to it appearance wise. Hopefully I can post pics of these in flower come spring:
