Seed-grown eymae hybrids

Dexenthes

Aristoloingulamata
Today I just received some plants from good old Tony. I don't know if anyone else here picked up on these plants but I sure did and I am not disappointed that I did. It was kind of a splurge but I'm going to make some more room for them. :-P

If anyone else got some of these, post pics!

Here they are:

First off - N. eymae x trusmadiensis (my first trusmadiensis genes!)

It's gonna be a beast!

This one might be my favorite - N. eymae x ephippiata

The pitchers are really woody feeling and awesome!

And last but certainly not least - N. eymae x jacquelineae should be beautiful!

Those are some real spectacular and high profile hybrids there Dex. man!! I can't even imagine the upper for that eymae x jacq....should be a showstopper. :D

Mine's still all green *sigh* I've had so many setbacks this year... cloudy weather so lack of sun, low temps, bugs of all sorts  It's not even worth it to take a pic of mine any more

Awww.....

You oughta get them all terrariums and only put em out in the elements once they've gotten large.

Little update -

N. eymae x jacquelineae - definitely the fastest grower of the bunch

N. eymae x ephippiata

A little slower of a grower, but you can see just a slight amount of under the lid exudiate already forming. :)

So far my eymae x trusmadiensis has not pitchered in my care yet.

What about anyone elses?

very nice dex. i hope there's a blending of traits from both parents. but i want the jacq and epphip traits to pop out more. i know unfortunately for plants like maxima x campanulata, the campanulata influence disappears as the plant gets larger. best of luck!
