Well putting the plants outdoors when the temperatures at night were getting down to the mid 40'sF did the trick. All three growing points put up scapes and maybe more on the way. The flowers should be fully open in the next day or two and I'll update photos then.

I give up trying to get the colors to look right. They're a lot bluer looking in person.

P. cyclosecta again, making up for lost time having not flowered in 3 years. Colors are close at least on my monitor.

Yes, after Joseph said colder temperatures seem to be needed for some species to flower I moved them outdoors under one of my benches. Temps were getting down to the low 50s high 40sF at the time. They started growing succulent leaves like crazy and then the flowers. Now it's transitioning to carnivorous leaves.

Maybe I should try pollinating them?

Somehow, some way, I need to find a way of providing those temps. Where I had the Sarrs & VFT's, at the wholesale nursery, the temperatures must have fluctuated widely. The owner said that she wasn't sure it was cold enough... and then when I went to pick them up, she said that there were a couple times they froze. I can't have that for Mexican pings.
