P. x "Sethos" - Healthy?

Hey Everyone,

I've had my P. x Sethos for a month now and trying to figure out if it's doing well, or if more light may be required. It's put out a bunch of small rosette-like leaves. When it arrived in the mail it had very nice, broad/elegant leaves with a light pink tint. The newer leaves are smaller, but still look carnivorous as they are sticky. Here are a few photos. What are your thoughts?

Thanks!

Yes, it looks like it is in transition from carnivorous leaf stage to succulent leaf stage. The succulent leaf stage is not a true dormancy as the plant is still actively growing. Some will even flower during this phase.
