Not 100% sure but guessing maybe Gigantea or a hybrid/cross of
Going by leaf shape

Originally got 4 leaf pullings in trade a few years back / No ID / 3 of which made it
From someone who got their plant from someone in the UK

All of my pics were posted on WebShots which in no more :-(
But if I can find them I'll post some pics of one of my plants from last year that was pushing a 13in. leaf span

that is the coolest flower I've seen in a while! :drool: I believe mylesG was saying he had some mex pings up for trade at one point. That thing looks like it could eat a small child :lol:

id defintiely be interested in trading for some pullings. i have a couple nice pink 'weser' to trade as well as a few extra emarginata x jaumavensis. both of which are fully rooted and established plants.
 
Holy heck. That is a very large Pinguicula!

Can you check the underside of the leaves? If they have sticky stuff on them, that would indicate something along the lines of a gigantea cross.
 
OMG :0o: That has got to be some kind of record, and that flower is to die for :hail:
 
Nice Pinguicula! It definitely has gigantea in it, but never seen one with such a hairy flower. Mine reached about 8" this year but is now slowing down with winter. Next year I am hoping it will pass the 12" mark.

This is not a scoop, gigantea is common fact, one of mine 19.7 inches 50cm diameter
