Mold?

There is mold growing on the soil of two of my flytraps and a pitcher plant. Is this dangerous for my plants, and is there any way to get rid of it?

I suggest watering from above liberally, allowing the water to drain away, and keep the pot out of the tray for a few days. Also try removing a slight amount of the substrate and replacing it with fresh medium. Fungus is dangerous to the plant and roots.
