Just wanted to share some photos of my neps and their progression. I grow my plants under LEDs. The problem I struggle most with is low humidity but it seems like really bright light helps harden my plants and sphagnum (resist drought). Ive built a second grow box to house larger plants though the lighting is pretty bad so the plants don't do as well as the top plants. I'm working on building a new led setup for my second larger grow box. I mostly grow hybrids, so I urge others to share how their plants are looking for comparison. Its great to see variation!

I fertilize with black coffee. Sphagnum tends to be greener in the summer.

N. ventricosa x ramispina sg. Only pitchers when not under the LED.

N. Spath x dubia

N. Spath x Camp

N. (Spath x aristo) x Lowii

N. burkei x hamata. Its been growing two leaves at a time for some reason! I am not mad at all though :)

I still have a few more plants to post but will continue when I have more time! Hope you guys enjoy!

Nice looking plants!

Quite a few really nice plants there, Thanks for sharing!

Look very nice.

Are you using sphagnum only as growing medium?

Thanks for the nice words. After finals I hope to take some more pictures :)!

There is about 3-5 inches of live sphagnum but under is a mix of dead lfs, charcoal, perlite and orchid bark.

Really nice looking neps!

Really cool video. What a great way to show off your collection from multiple angles. The music was a good fit too.

Thanks farmerton! I think so! The species is hydnophytum formicarum. I recently was able to get a potentially fertile pheidole ant to climb inside. Hope this species queen could make use of the semi-claustral chambers.

Those plants are amazing! Have you thought of posting the plans for how you made that? What kind of leds did you use?

I didn't plan on posting any thorough plans or anything. Though I did plan on posting some wide pics in a month or so when the whole setup is at prime movement haha (some nice pitchers growing in)! Did you have particular questions? I grow all the plants in individual hydro pots with styrofoam in particular places to help water movement. Everything is grown over an adjustable window screen for max drainage.

I was wondering, what kind of lights are you using?

Oh sorry about that. I use xpg2 leds. Warm white and cool white.
