Just an experiment

Surprisingly i noticed a white fungus growing in one of my flytraps traps so i decided to feed it and see if it would digest the fungus and the bug,so i have now fed it and am waiting to see if the fungus has gone once it opens.....

Well, hopefully you have better luck than I did. I had a trap with a black fungus and fed it and the fungus feasted on the bug and wiped out the trap. I ended up losing my whole plant because it was fresh out of the mail and only had two traps. Problem was, after it died I couldn't remember who I had bought it from so I couldn't ask for a replacement. I'm pretty sure it wasn't phil though, he doesn't ship somethng that looks iffy.
