what do you think , are those darker eggs, still hatching?:0o:
or are they just darker

certain that they are not ladybugs. Ladybugs go through complete metamorphosis so immature stage looks very different from adult. more like a hemipteran/heteroperan. Maybe pentatomidae or scutellaridae. stinkbug or shieldbug. Both families are closely related.

Not sure what they are but they're definitely not ladybug eggs
Ladybug eggs are elongated & yellow

Hopefully they're not something that'll eat you plants

My guess is either this guy or a close relative.

Edit: Actually, it seems the white stripes on the antennae indicate that it is indeed the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug. Bad guy. Agricultural pest. Kill.

In response to Presto, I think it'd be pretty clear. Just look at the leaf when they were itty bitty and now. :0o:
