It is likely to be P.primulflora. This sp. does not require a dormancy.

If it has plantlets growing from the leaves, it's P. Primiflora as this is the only ping that grows plantlets. The only ping I've seen at Lowes is a Primiflora.

I bought 3 pings from lowes which ended up being P. caerulea. i don't think they need dormancy either.
Here is a pic of the flower i took a while back.

thanks guys- yeah mine is growing a flower out of the center but not even close to being ready to flower.
