Drosera cistiflora seeds - how to germinate?

Thinking of getting some seed. So what is the best way to make it grow?

I left my seeds in the packet in a sunny windowsill for about a month to bake, the sowed them like normal Drosera seeds. My photoperiod in the terrarium when they germinated was 12-14 hours.
