Drosera capensis x adelae

Stop having a boring tuna, stop having a boring li
Ok, here's the deal:
I have a D. capensis and an D. adelae, both with almost mature flowers. I am wondering if anyone has ever had any experience with cross-breeding these two. Also, does anyone know if the hybrid would be sterile or fertile.

Any help would be appreciated,

-Gabe

And I was seriously starting to think that I was going to create some amazing hybrid, LOL. (no joke)
I guess I'll just self them. It should still be cool though, considering it'll be my first time pollenating plants.

Thanks,

-Gabe

the D. adelae dosent self seed.... at leats i dont think they do. its flowers last a long time though and are very pretty.

It is possible to self-pollinate D. adelae but the amount of seed produced (if you are lucky) is generally incredibly small, ie- a couple of seeds per seed capsule.

Thanks for clearing things up for me
