No, this is definitely not D.intermedia.

I'm very bad at identifying the tropical rosetted Drosera, all I know is that it's not D.intermedia. There are others on here that I'm sure will chime in with an ID for you.

What does the flower look like? Pink?

looking like D. tokaiensis.

D. capillaris is a strong candidate. Detailed photos of the flowers and seeds would aid ID tremendously.
