Too bad no one raises bumblebees for honey. My cranberry patch was simply "abuzz" with the big black and yellow critters today. Can you imagine the market for cranberry honey at Thanksgiving time?
I have always wondered what Sarracenia honey would taste like.
Then again, I've had regional honey that I didn'tlike. I have a jar of honey from Stern Grove inSF, but just two miles away, in (I forget where), the honey is bitter. Yuck.
