Not wanting to hijack Jess' thread on feeding Cephs, here are two pics of the same plant before and after root feeding with diluted orchid fertiliser.

How much did you dilute the fertilizer? The usual 1/4 the normal amount?
They look great.

Edit: Isn't fertilizing the roots supposed to cause rot or some other adverse effect?
